Abstract
As the wrongful birth actions are regarded, they consist of highly interesting aspects not only from the area of medical law, but also of bioethics. In the Czech Republic, there is at this moment neither a large amount of wrongful birth decisions available nor is the judicial decision making consistent, nevertheless, more of wrongful birth cases are to be expected in front of the Czech courts.
With this paper, some of the practical difficulties - which might be connected with the wrongful birth cases - are described and shown on a real case.
