A Monoreactive Bifunctional Triazacyclononane Phosphinate Chelator with High Selectivity for Gallium-68

Abstract

1,4,7-triazacyclononane derivative with two methyl(hydroxymethyl)phosphinic acid and one methyl(2-carboxyethyl)phosphinic acid pendant arms and its conjugates with oligopeptides were synthesized. The compounds were labelled with 68-Ga and efficiency of the labbeling was tested in the presence of metallic impurities.

In vivo experiments were done.
