Abstract
The paper is focused on the application of ICT to the creation of educational texts for teaching of chemistry. Textbooks and educational texts prove themselves to be necessary parts of education.
Although their creation used to be very demanding task, it's much more accessible nowadays with many new possibilities, on both the formal level and the content level. This paper shows the theoretical aspects and specific practical ways to use ICT on both levels when developing chemical educational texts.
