Abstract
The report deal with preparing edition of correspondence between Jakub Deml and his lifelong friend Vladimír Evermod Balcárek. This correspondence is exceptional one the one hand by its length, it cover the period from 1905 to 1959, on the other hand it helps us to discover the background image of the creation of the poet's importants books.
In the not least line we have to refer to the personality of the recipient, Vladimír Evermod Balcárek, pastor in Radonice and Doksany, Premonstratensian of Strahov monastery and important archivist.
