Abstract
The paper deals with questions of the type: Why some pupils' reactions to school are negative? How is it possible that pupils and students learn often more outside school, e.g. from their parents, grandparents, friends or from surfing on internet than from qualified pedagogues? The authors present some answers based on the concept of good question.
