Abstract
The paper deals with a critical view on pension reformu.Zaměřuje the general background of the pension system and the nature of the pension reform on the basis of the relevant laws - the Law on pension savings č.426/2011 Coll., Act on Supplementary Pension Savings č.427/2011 Coll. and the law amending certain acts in connection with the adoption of the retirement savings and the Act on Supplementary Pension Savings č.428/2011 Coll.
