Abstract
The book is mainly focused on the typology of construction projects, common hazards and risk allocation, foreign business, determining the price of the work, the responsibility for project documentation and FIDIC contract conditions that are most commonly used as a standard business terms of the construction work on the buildings discussed in terms of the new codification of private rights.
