Abstract
The text consists of several main topics: histopry and present state of the microwear industry, including the detailed description of the Use-wear method. The other part is based on the broad issue of the contact materials in the context of use-wear analysis and anthropology.
The third part summarizes the main findings about the Neolithic Age. last chapter is devoted to description of four selected archaeologival sites from Bohemia a there are presented the results of microwear research, performed on the lithic collection of 816 artefacts, and their interpretation.
