A few comments on the cognition of administrative courts towards the constitutional authorities in the Czech Republic and Poland

Abstract

The aim of this article is to compare the possibilities to review the acts of constitutional authorities (chamber of parliament, president) in administrative judiciary in the Czech Republic and in Poland, in the light of theory of law and practice of administrative courts .
