Complaint for protection against inaction of an administrative authority according to Polish law as a possible inspiration for Czech legislator?

Abstract

The aim of this article is to compare complaint for protection against inaction of an administrative authority in the Czech Republic and in Poland, not only in the light of "the law as it exists", but also of regulation "what the law should be".
