Judgment of the Supreme Administrative Court of the Czech Republic: the right to a favorable environment and the active pleas to bring an action for annulment of a general nature

Abstract

The article deals with the analysis of the judgment of the Supreme Administrative Court of the Czech Republic to visit the national park Sumava order. The judgment is in addition to the active action of the deals with the right to a favorable environment.
