Abstract
The Chapter describes the character and changes of the nomenclature (political influencing of the personnel selection procces) and other formalized power tools used by the Czechoslovak Communist Party (direct participation in the exercise of powers of the government and drafting of legislation, asserting its influence through company cells/organizations of the Communist Party etc.) since after 1948 till the late 1980s.
