Abstract

The article sums up the possibilities of self-reflection of one's own pedagogical activity. It describes the roles and functions of subjective theories in the teacher's work and their influence on increasing the self-efficacy of both teachers and pupils.

It shows actual possibilities of using self-diagnostics in the area of the teacher's concept of instruction, concept of the successful pupil and his/hers diagnostic sensitivity in the area of pupil's motivation.
