Association between the prepetrator and the victim - restorative perspective

Abstract

The article describes the association between the perpetrator and the victim of the crime. The situation of acqaintance between them and situation of anonymity are disinguished.

The consequences for restoration of the crime in system of criminal justice are outlined.
