How to optimally set up a working group in the class of pre-schoolers

Abstract

The paper introduces teachers and directors of nursery schools effective system of teembuilding. The methodology is the formation of groups of short (10 minutes) activity.

Thanks to it teacher find the natural leaders among children and those to herself elected fellow of the groups, "creative", "careful".
