The king foreigner or the king diplomat? John the Blind as seen by the Czech sources

Abstract

The article is based on Czech narrative sources, written in the 14th century in czech or latin, especially on the Chronicle of the so-called Dalimil and the Chronicle from Zbraslav. As opposed to the contempoary french sources the czech ones mostly criticise John's gouvernement a and his need of money and useless foreign journeys.
