Abstract
The map identifies areas with different character and age of construction in Dolní Břežany municipality's commuting area. Attention is paid to the definition of the older stabilized buildings built before 1991, and two specific areas: (i) construction of new single-family houses and appartment houses, that is the core of the suburban area, and (ii) the patterns of new development in the area and the gradual transformation of the second housing.
