Abstract

The growth of tumour can be defined as uncontrolled proliferation. The new mutations, that are responsible for the emergence of new clones, occur during tumour's growth.

As larger the tumour is, as greater heterogeneity of tumour cells there are in the tumour. Mutant clones of cells appear higher proliferative activity, have a greater ability to metastasis and their sensitivity to anticancer treatment is limited.

Histological verification with detailed immunohistochemical examination is essential for the submission of targeted therapy. Three cases which surprising histology are described in this article.
