Abstract
Secondary technical school sector and especially the Czech one is just going through trouble times. The reasons are following: low interest of students at apprentice field of study, lower number of basic school pupils, low level of financing technical school sector.
The aim is to establish the criteria of the quality of school educational program of secondary technical schools as a tool based on analysis of creating secondary school curriculum in a region. Consecutively it is a better succes of graduates of secondary technical school on labour market and their preparedness for next study and the possibility to retrain.
And this is the reason for emphasizing the increase of the quality of secondary technical education.
