Abstract
Current period introduces a number of difficult to foreseeable crisis, whose solution requires an experienced and motivated crisis management. Important is the speed and accuracy of the decision-making process and also speed the passage of information between authorities for crisis management.
Practice shows a significantly higher efficiency of the procedure for persons, which already have a crisis experience. A specific group of students are in crisis and security fields, who is at the start of the journey, collecting experience.
Their education and training need to be more efficient and more to attract to the practice. A possible variant is the use of simulation techniques for training type situations in the various conditions.
Article is about the meaning and forms of implementation of computer-supported emergency exercise in the spirit of the experience of the simulation Center of the army of the Czech Republic (CZECH REPUBLIC). Shows the path and other options for greater effectiveness and attractiveness of crisis education for students in crisis and security fields.
