Abstract
Post exercise broncho constriction (PEB) occurs in athletes suffering with bronchial asthma, atopic diseases but also in healthy persons and even in top athletes. It occurs in sport branches connected with high pulmonary ventilation especially in a cold and dry air or a contaminated environment.
The review is dealing with mechanisms of genesis, clinic, prevention and treatment. Some of medicaments are on the doping list.
