Budgetary management and fiscal responsibility in the Czech Republic

Abstract

The article deals with an issue of budgetary management and fiscal responsibility as these are current issues in connection with prepared state budget on 2013 as well as with prepared proposal of constitutional act on fiscal responsibility.
