Abstract
The team membersof the "The Czechoslovak Federal Assembly 1989-1992: Emancipation of a Legislature "project presented their papers on the federalization of Czechoslovakia and the professionalization of parliaments after 1989, followed by comments of invited experts and a general discussion. Leading representatives of the Federal Assembly and the Czech and Slovak national parliaments of the early 1990s participated in a structured discussion dealing with the topic of "The Three Parliaments and the End of Czechoslovakia".
