Abstract
In the introductory historical lecture the history of cardiac surgery and thoracic surgery in Hradec Kralove has been mentioned. Lectures were also included with the pneumology issues from the field of diagnostics and surgical treatment of pulmonary disease.
There were also speakers (heads) of the cooperating pneumological workplaces.
