Abstract
This paper deals with the ambiguous relationship between the Czech Republic on the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the EU, particularly in the context of the ratification of the Lisbon Treaty, the Czech Republic prevailed when connecting to the Protocol on the application of the Charter in Poland and the UK. The analysis shows the true meaning of the opt-out.
