Abstract

The article describes the difficulties with the liberalization of rail transport in Hungary. There were contradictory developments.

In addition to competence problems between competition office and ordering of public services of the passenger market could not be opened. In addition to the revitalization efforts of the market addresses the issue of awarding public service contracts.
