Human Rights Protection in a New EU Member State: The Czech Example

Abstract

Chapter of collective monograph deals with legislation protecting human rights in the Czech Republic, including its international obligations. Particular attention is paid to the Czech opt-out from the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the EU.
