Abstract
The aim of this publication is to draw attention to the influence and impact of large corporations on the development and stability of economies, i.e. to the topic to which the economic theory has not paid adequate attention, and to outline main reasons and directions of regulatory solutions which are trying to face the negative impacts of the growth of large corporations.
