Abstract
This thesis concerns experiments with natural compounds and vitamins. In the first part it is described these substances, which are proved by chromatography or made other experiments with them in the second part.
It is created four worksheets with instruction for laboratory practise. There are their solutions in the supplement.
They were verified these four experiments at Grammar School in Prague 9.
