Abstrakt
This abstract is about natural compounds. It is mentioned, that saccharides, lipids, proteins and nucleic acids are found traditionally in the textbooks, other natural compounds are mentioned less (pigments, aromas, tastes, pheromones and food additives).
The author interprets the results of research about natural compound in high school chemical education. It is described that natural compounds have connection with daily life and experiments with them are interesting for students.
