Serving extra time and concurrence in the world of working seniors

Abstract

The aim of this article is to explain the motivations of seniors regarding their future economic activity in the labour market in relation to drawing pensions while earning or to deferring payments to later date. The results of qualitative research have shown that even though responded stated wide number of advantages of working in retirement, the most critical to them was the financial benefit, which is better satisfied by payment deference.
