Administrative decisions on an administrative offence and full jurisdiction of the administrative courts

Abstract

The paper deals with the concept of "full jurisdiction", as understood by the jurisdiction of the European Court of Human Rights.The paper lists the sections of the Czech Code of Administrative Justice, to fulfill the requirement of reviewing administrative decisions on an administrative offence by a sourt with full juriscdiction. It asks whether these provisions of the Code of Administrative Justice sufficient nad focuses on the problems of their applications.
