An analysis of ethical issues in the plays Marble by Marina Carr, The Last Days of a Reluctant Tyrant by Tom Murphy, and Penelope by Enda Walsh in the context of the interpretation of these dramas by Irish critics as reflections on the moral shortcomings of Celtic Tiger Ireland.
