Abstract
Hepatocelullar carcinoma is the most often primary tumor of the liver.The choice of therapy in cases with normal liver parenchyma is resection,transplatation in cases with liver cirrhosis and inoperabile cases are destroyed with RFA or chemoembolization and treated by the biological therapy.
