Abstrakt
This paper deals with the possibility of human hair shear modulus of elasticity and viscosity determination with the help of torsion pendulum. Measurement is carried out by means of digitization of a series of frames of a laser beam spot, taken by a digital camera.
The laser beam is reflected by a small mirror that is attached to the fly. The paper comes to the limits of this design and introduces a doubt about the type of the damping in the hair material.
