Microstructure and corrosion properties of ultra-fine grained magnesium alloy processed by extrusion and ECAP

Abstract

The influence of hot extrusin and combined techniques comprising hot extrusion followed by the equal-channel angular pressing (ECAP) on the microstructure changes of magnesium alloy AZ31 was investigated.
