Modernization of gymnastic skills education programmes focused on influencing of student's competences

Abstract

Unconventional method selected gymnastics skills acquisition is aimed to influence the competence of the pupil. Use of gymnastics games and new kinds of apparatus facilitates skills training and increasing gymnastics literacy.

We assume that skills acquisition is an important motivation for lifelong physical aktivity.
