The Re-presentation of the Germans as a Prototype of an Enemy in the Socialist Realism

Abstract

The case study of Václav Řezáč novel "Nástup" (1951) deals with the use of the narrative strategies typical for trivial literature in the official literature of socialist realism. The trivial literature was denied in theory, but its strategies were successfully used.
