Abstract

Analysis of the attitudes of parents of the four most numerous groups of immigrants in the Czech Republic to the Czech public school as an area of their children's interethnic contact at school. It shows two problems: a) the child's interpretation of the conflicts at school, b) the assessment of school as an instrument of change in ethnic and cultural identity of the child.
