The article analyzes four sports performance modifications triathlon: sprint, short, long and off-road race. For the analysis results were used during the first 30 classified riders at the finish triathlon analyzed modifications in the category of elite men.
For the analysis of relationships in all parts of the triathlon modifications was due to the results of tests of normality using Spearman's correlation coefficient. In analyzing the highest correlation was found between swimming and overall performance at long distance triathlon (0.469), lowest in the sprint triathlon.
When analyzing the relationship between bicycle parts, and overall performance was the highest correlation with off-road triathlon (0.802), lowest in a sprint triathlon (-0.046). Analysis of cross-country relations and overall performance parts revealed the highest correlation with long-distance triathlon (1,000), off-road triathlon at the lowest (0.787).
It turns out that modifications in the meaning of each part of the overall result are different, although their percentage is similar for all modifications.
