Abstract

The major character of this publication, Antonín count Bořek-Dohalský, was a member of a very old Czech aristocratic family. He belonged to the most important persons of the Catholic Church in the first Czechoslovak Republic.

The book captures the life story of the background of historical events from the late 19th century through the period of the First Republic to the Nazi occupation and the tragic end in Auschwitz.
