Abstract
The publication presents a system to support teachers in their professional development and realization their professional needs. Tool described in the work helps uncover the teachers' strengths as well as areas for their improvement.
Besides the use for formative assessment the tool can also be used as summative one, i.e. for balancing and proposing new ways of professional development.
