Video Interaction Guidance: Method for trainers's social skills encouragement and development

Abstract

The aim of the paper is to give a brief outline of the possibilities of using video interaction guidance (VIG) to support youth volleyball trainers and their further development of professional, specifically social skills. Next the paper deals with systematic cooperation with trainers within the doctoral project in order to develop their key social skills and in many cases, to develop organizational and methodical skills which are for their profession skills inherent.

Case studies of selected trainers will be presented and completed with videorecordings. The paper will also describe how the videotrainer works.
