Abstract
The chapter is focused on important communication skills of criminal investigator. Specifically it is focused on interviewing techniques used by the investigators and their classification.
Another topic is psychological analysis of videofootage in the criminal investigation. It serves as a tool for psychological support of the investigation.
The basic characteristics of videodocumentation are mentioned and its specifics in different criminal proceedings. The chapter also brings information about psychological consultation based on video-analysis and also possible rearch opportunities of video-analysis.
