Abstract
Due to the implementation of the concept of lifelong learning ideas in contemporary society reduces the dominance of the formal education system. Non-formal and informal learning processes on the contrary take on the value and therefore the so-called non-traditional educational institutions still represent significant element in the system of lifelong learning.
