Abstract
The study focuses on various forms of interactions between Catholic liturgical feasts and Christian festivity on the one side and the secularized society in the Czech Republic on the other side. It considers a critical reflection of new forms that are orientated toward the society as such, a social importance of Christian feasts in the Czech society, and an analysis of the documents of the Church that deal with the topic.
