Abstract
Representatives from theological research college Erfurt and the Catholic Theological Faculty of Charles University in Prague together intensively discussed the opportunities and challenges of the Catholic Church, given the characteristic of the Czech Republic and Eastern Germany and the diaspora situation fortgeschrittenden secularization of society. The proceedings approached in different sections and theological disciplines, the overarching theme of "spaces between the church and society."
