Abstract
Analysis of datasets from FRAP experiments. The program is fitting the data globally with 4 different models (pure diffusion, effective diffusion, reaction dominant and full model).
With a simple single- or double-exponential fit it evaluates the parameters of the FRAP experiment (halftime, immobile fraction). After the fitting it compares the results and determines the best fit.
