Citizenship Education of Adults - Notes on its Nature and Current Dilemmas

Abstract

The goal of the article is to explain the nature of citizenship education of adults and to underline its importance. The article focuses on current dilemmas of citizenship education of adults in present world that is typical of many reasons why citizenship education is necessary but where many of barriers of its development exist.
