Abstract

Study shows the way of JaromírBečka from position of a leading manager in the family building company to new role of main owner of large machinery plant before the second War World and further to a manager in nationalized plant and after the second World War. After the communist coup in 1948 the study demonstrateson the exemplary of the Bečka family the manners of the oppression manners of former entrepreneur elites.
